When buying a domain from GoDaddy, you likely will not need Privacy or Certification. You also do not need to buy multiple years or other versions of your domain, at least not initially. Do not buy hosting, and you can use NS1.STADIASTUDIO.COM and NS2.STADIASTUDIO.COM as DNS servers if asked.
