Professional Property Management is a real estate rental agency that caters specifically to military families who need to rent a home in the area, rather than purchase. The site features customizable online listings of available properties, and has a custom eCommerce implementation that lets renters log in, make a payment online toward their rent, and charges a 3% transaction fee to cover the PayPal fees.

Dagnan Realty needed a website that they could use to feature some of their real estate listings, as well as educate visitors and potential buyers. The site presents information on all agents as well as various tips and tricks and resources. The real estate office is able to easily upload and update listings, including posting of pictures, the images at the top and in the Featured Listing section all update automatically.

The Aspen Group of Kansas City is a business in the Kansas City area specializing in the marketing and sale of new properties on behalf of construction companies and developments.

Their new site gives visitors information on the company, as well as lists currently available properties. Like every implementation, the site owners are able to manage every aspect of the site themselves, including add or updating their property listings.

SelectAustin.com is a Real Estate company in Austin, Texas. Their site integrates IDX listings so that their clients can easily search for the perfect home in the Austin area. Additionally, the site features rotating area graphics and descriptions on the home page that link to specific search pages displaying home listings for those areas.

Like every CMS implementation, we provided this client with the means to be able to log into their site and make changes, add blog entries, and even add new agents.

Epic Homes Inc. and Dalba Realty LLC needed a site where both businesses could have a presence. Not only that, they wanted to be able to post properties, communities, floor plans, agents, and other changing information.
