Over the course of my career I've dealt with dozens (and dozens) of developmental- technical support departments. As I've primarily been in a production role, I've required very quick responses, intelligent thinking and problem solving, and efficient solutions -- unfortunately all too often I have not gotten the support needed in a timely or thoughtful manner (if I got any support at all...). Stadia Studio's support, on the other hand has quite frankly been amazing. Stadia Studio has isolated and fixed the issues that directly affected our bottom line. Stadia Studio is responsive, focused and determined to help. They understand how time critical our production is and steps up to meet our needs.
